Speaking about the benefits or harms of vegetarianism, one can note the fact that such a balanced diet is very beneficial for the body. Nutrients in this case fully satisfy human needs. Moreover, vegetarians are less susceptible to various diseases. However, there is one โ€œbut.โ€ We are talking about such a direction as veganism. The complete exclusion of animal products from your diet leads to a lack of a number of nutrients in the body. In this case, their replenishment is necessary. Otherwise, health problems will not take long.
