Express diet - how to lose five kilos in three days

So, behind the protracted holidays, tables full of delicious dishes, and the excesses in food that each of us allows ourselves from time to time. Quite predictable negative consequences of such cases are most often gained extra pounds, which, as you know, lose much more difficult than gain. And if you have a fast metabolism, you are very lucky - the kilograms will dissolve in the air, only they were seen. But if your Achilles heel is a slow metabolism and, as a result, overweight, which you are struggling with, then you will have to try.





Most experts in order to get rid of such "holiday" kilograms recommend a fast unloading diet. Such an express diet allows you to reduce weight by about five kilograms and is ideal for those who want to bring their weight back to normal. Such a diet lasts three days, in which you should adhere to a certain diet.





How does fast weight loss happen? The fact is that this express diet for 3 days is designed for the use of fiber-rich foods. Fiber stimulates the intestines, which allows you to remove a large amount of protein and fluid from the body. By the way, the diet also implies the use of fluid in large quantities, which dulls the feeling of hunger.





Around the menu, which suggests an express diet, is different for each of the three days.





Day One is designed to cleanse the body to the maximum. On this day, you can only drink freshly squeezed juices from vegetables from fruits, in no case adding sugar, milk or other additives to them. Mixing of juices is allowed, leading, as it were, to the creation of various fresh cocktails. In total, on the first day you will have to drink one and a half liters of liquid, and it would be better if it is green tea or plain still water.









The second day is called dairy day. On this day it is allowed to use exclusively dairy products, while paying attention to their fat content. Approximate amounts of food can be, for example, the following: a pound of cottage cheese with the lowest percentage of fat content and a half liter of fat-free kefir. In this case, the frequency of meals should be at least five to six times a day. You can drink liquids as much as you want, while remembering that the best absorption is in green tea. Unlike black, it does not contain caffeine.





On the third day, an express diet implies the consumption of fresh vegetables, or rather, salads from them. Volumes are limited - no more than one and a half kilograms of cabbage salad, any leafy vegetables that are green in color, and various types of greens can be eaten per day. It is possible to flavor salad only with vegetable oil, best of all - olive.





It is such a diet that includes an express diet. 3 days - and your figure will return to normal, because the results of this technique are really significant. It is worthwhile to leave such an unloading diet gradually, best of all within two or three weeks, adding to the menu products not all at once and what you want, but slowly, gradually and exclusively low-calorie.





For those who want to significantly lose weight, an express diet is also suitable. Firstly, it’s a good start, having thrown off several kilos at once in three days. And secondly, she will be able to prepare the body for those tests that can be expected in the future - more gentle and soft diets, which, among other things, will seem very easy after an express diet. And some use this diet as an unloading diet during a weight loss course.





In any case, you need to remember one thing: express diet does not apply to those on which you can sit for a long time. Due to the limited diet, a part of the substances necessary for it does not enter the body, and therefore it is not recommended to follow such a diet for more than three (maximum four) days.
