Now you can eat one hundred grams of chicken, but without salt and any spices. For dessert, you are supposed to eat one mandarin and drink a glass of green tea. For dinner, you should cook vegetable soup, boil fish in the amount of two hundred grams. Do not add spices or salt. And do not forget about our so useful mandarin.
