Infusion of oats - a universal remedy for many ailments

Even in ancient times, traditional healers were well aware of the healing properties of oats and actively used these properties in everyday treatment practice. Hippocrates also pointed to the healing properties of cereals. Plant grains were used for mental and physical exhaustion, for gout, skin diseases, and insomnia. Already in our time, researchers have discovered another important property of this cereal - cereals, infusions and decoctions from it are able to actively cleanse the body, removing salts, toxins, toxins and metabolic products.





Oats are one of the healthiest foods. It contains about 55% starch, 20% protein, 24% fiber and 11% fat.
