Lingonberry - useful properties of berries

There are products whose useful properties no one can doubt. Most of them, of course, are gifts of nature. These are fruits, vegetables, root crops and, of course, berries. Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, strawberries - these berries, growing on personal plots, have long entered our lives and took their place in it. Lingonberry berries are also useful in case of pulmonary tuberculosis, kidney stone disease, catarrh of the stomach with insufficient acidity, anemia in pregnant women, and neurosis.









Lingonberry leaves are subjected to various treatment methods before use and contribute not only to the general strengthening of the body, but also to the treatment of rheumatism and various diseases of the genitourinary system. The list of diseases that use cranberry leaves also includes diabetes, gout, various kidney diseases.





There are actually many ways to cook lingonberry so that it is not only tasty, but also retains its useful properties. The most popular way to process berries is to make lingonberry jam. It is also worth noting a lingonberry decoction, which, when feverish, quenches thirst perfectly. Thanks to the composition of benzoic acid, lingonberries can be stored fresh for a long enough time, but it would be better to fill it with cold water, if possible well. If we talk about leaves, then it is worth mentioning teas with lingonberries, infusions and decoctions of berries and leaves of lingonberries - the most affordable, popular and useful ways of cooking.
