Naturally, porridge is not cooked in milk and without butter, without sugar. Salt can and should be used, because there are no other sources of salt in your diet. A complete rejection of salt will give a temporary illusory weight loss, but the harm will undoubtedly outweigh the benefits.





Fourth, the porridge diet should be supplemented by physical exercises, without them, the weight will go away very slowly. You need to give yourself a load of at least 300 kcal, that is, for a person of small weight, this is 40 minutes of jogging. From the 7 days of the diet you need to train 6. Why is the load required? The fact is that the carbohydrates circulating in the blood (from porridge) do not allow fats to burn. The body eats carbohydrates in the first place, and fats only when carbohydrates are used up. Fifth, do not sharply increase the calorie intake, otherwise the kilograms will return instantly. First add lean meat and fish, after 3 days - fruits and vegetables. Sixth, multivitamins are required. Better complex for pregnant women, because the porridge diet is poor in nutrients. If the complex is without iodine, be sure to drink it as a supplement.





If you have recovered as a result of a holiday, a Hercules diet is suitable. Three days, no more. The holiday will leave and will not return if you do not overeat after a diet.





If you want more radical weight loss, a vinaigrette diet is suitable. It is clear that there should not be potatoes in such a vinaigrette. Beets, carrots, pickles and onions. 500g per day. The same week - and you lose 3-5kg. But you can not extend the diet.
