Water diet - the easiest way to lose weight

After all, the bulk of the recommended diets involves the preparation of special low-calorie dishes, for which a working person does not always have time. Water diet is an excellent way out for those who are totally busy, because it is affordable, convenient and has few contraindications.





Do not be surprised that the use of ordinary water itself contributes to weight loss. There is no miracle here. Water is an important component of our body, therefore, its entry into the body is necessary to maintain health and shape. Water helps improve metabolism, improves bowel function, removes toxins from the body. That is, it is quite possible that when you feel a desire to have a bite, in fact the body just needs to receive water. The water diet is designed for 2 weeks, at the end of the course, you should switch to the usual drinking regime, which involves the use of one and a half liters of water per day. And during the diet, the amount of water needed is calculated according to the simplest formula - for every kilogram of weight, forty milliliters of water is required. Thus, if your weight is, for example, 70 kilograms, then you are recommended to drink 2.8 liters of water per day. Those whose weight is more than eighty kilograms are not recommended to use this formula, they should limit themselves to three - three and a half liters of water per day.









What recommendations does the water diet give? First of all, you need to develop the habit of starting and ending your day with a glass of clean water. This useful skill will be useful to you even after the diet is over.





The best time to lose weight on water is summer. The fact is that at high ambient temperatures, water is more quickly excreted from the body without exerting an unnecessary load on it. Drinking water is recommended half an hour before the planned meal and an hour and a half after it. But you should not drink during lunch, as this complicates the digestion of food.





Also, drink whenever you want to eat something outside of your planned meals. It is possible that in twenty minutes you will not remember that you were hungry.





Do not drink water in one gulp, you need to do it gradually, in small sips. Despite the fact that the water diet involves the use of a large amount of liquid, you should not drink more than two glasses of water at a time, as this can lead to distention of the walls of the stomach.





If you have never drunk a lot of water before, do not start a water diet immediately. To get started, train yourself to drink the usual one and a half liters a day, and only then go to the calculated diet rate.





It is very useful to take vitamin-mineral complexes during the water diet, as due to the large amount of fluid, part of the nutrients will be washed out of the body.





Well, if you want the water diet to bring real tangible results, try to adhere to the principles of a healthy diet, making sure that your daily diet is in the range of 1300-1500 kcal. Strengthen the weight loss effect and fitness or any other physical activity.





And one more thing, the entire rate of fluid recommended by the diet, you need to drink it in the form of purified (in no case carbonated) water. Neither tea, nor juice, nor other drinks or liquid dishes are included in this norm.





It should be noted that a diet on the water has practically no contraindications, however, if you have kidney problems or chronic gastrointestinal diseases, you should definitely consult a doctor before proceeding with weight loss using this technique.
