I am interested in discussing various near-IT topics with my friend. We sit down and start talking, we talk as if we met somewhere away for a cup of tea ~~ and not only ~~. We discuss:
- the Internet and the phenomena of our lives that he destroyed
- artificial intelligence and the consequences of its implementation
- conflicts between software developers
Yes, we are two IT-employees and we are more interested in IT-related topics, and, for example, we would rather discuss a huge leak of personal data in Bulgaria or ask a couple of questions to Andrei Sebrant (Yandex Marketing Director for Services) than the fashion show news in Paris. However, we discuss all sorts of things, for example:
- floating nuclear power plants
- space exploration
- what would we do if we didn’t have to make money
- and much, much more (and on Yandex Music too)
Yes, of course, we have microphones; we have to avoid obscene language; have to remember about the feelings of believers that very different people are listening to us; sometimes we even think about the issue in advance. But each record is an impromptu one, because I never know what Sergey will say, and he, in turn, does not know what news I prepared for him.
At the request of our listeners, we can discuss what interests them. For example, one of our listeners was able to convince us that we want to discuss ballet and we did it ! And the listener received our souvenir T-shirt as a gift.
In short - it's cool, I like it and, quite honestly, it's my hobby!
