Protein products: good and different

As you know, proteins as a component of nutrition are required. The absolute protein minimum is 23 grams in 24 hours. If it is less, then a person will face protein-free swelling in a few weeks. However, the average person needs a lot more minimum, because the more weight, the more cells a person has and the more protein is needed, at least to maintain the existing structure. Many people know this, and therefore search engines torment with the request: "the most protein products."





We answer: a lot of protein (more than 30%) contains milk powder, sports protein, dried fish, soybean semi-finished products. The average amount of protein (18-25) is cheese, low-fat boiled fish, nuts, some types of cottage cheese, beef, chicken breasts. But in many beloved sausages and sausages, yoghurts and pork cutlets, protein can be quite small: no more than 12 percent. But the fat will be, as they say, "to the eyeballs." And to eat a lot of fat is not recommended even to people who want to gain body weight.





Not every type of protein is optimally suited to a single person. Sports protein creates a very large burden on the kidneys, and if you eat it, fats will have to be severely limited so as not to overload the liver. Dried fish is expensive, in addition, it contains a lot of salt, so prone to hypertension as a source of protein can not be recommended. Soy semi-finished products to taste - well, really for an amateur, most people consider them tasteless. If you soak and grind them with delicious milk, you can force yourself to eat them. But it’s very cheap. However, one question arises - is soy absorbed by the body? Protein foods like milk powder are the best option if you are not overweight. Because there are a lot of carbohydrates in milk powder, the result is a mixture called a gainer, that is, a means for gaining weight. If you are very physically active, then you can use such mixtures, without fear of gaining excess weight.









Protein products that are traditionally used by athletes are chicken breasts, low-fat boiled fish and egg whites, beans, boiled beef. These protein sources are, in principle, not bad and have a minimum of contraindications. They have a maximum protein content, but they are suitable for almost everyone, so they are most often used by bodybuilders when they build muscle. And they also β€œkill” hunger during fat loss. The fact is that in these products, in addition to protein, there are few other nutrients, so nothing superfluous with the proteins will not enter the body. However, beef occupies a special place in this series. Some experts believe that as a result of its digestion, more toxic substances are formed than when other types of meat are broken down. Many refuse beef and claim that without this type of meat they feel better. However, this is purely individual, I think that some serious consequences will only happen if you eat beef every day, and not everyone can afford such a luxury. Beans contain a lot of protein, but they provoke flatulence and are not fully absorbed.





The list of protein products would not be complete if we did not discuss such "traditional" sources of protein as pork and whole milk products . Pork is also different, but it is better to avoid buying ready-made minced meat, because the fat in this semi-finished product can be up to 70 percent. Dairy products are tasty, but you should not abuse them, if you consume more than 20 g of milk fat per day, there is a risk that a very large part of it will be at the waist.





Protein products surround us everywhere, but not all of them are good enough. And not only protein is needed by people. Without a sufficient amount of carbohydrates, mental health deteriorates, and a lack of fat can provoke a deficiency of sex hormones. Therefore, nutrition should be approached prudently and not go to extremes.
