HR brand habraseminar: about talents, hunting and content

Holding Habraseminars several times a year is our good tradition. At the seminars, we share our expertise and experience, conduct brainstorms, get acquainted and collect feedback. On Thursday November 28th, in the Wednesday loft, we gather experts and friends to talk about the HR brand and how to build it using content marketing. About chips and surprises - under the cut.

An HR brand is a tool that works for a company. It is this brand that helps to build a dream team. Many want to get into a company with a good employer reputation, and it's not just about salaries or free cookies in the office (who will you surprise them now?). An HR brand is made up of many components and thousands of little things, ranging from how job postings are compiled to how employees respond to an employer. Of course, it is also important that the company itself talks about itself, its position in the media and openness.

About all this and much more will be our seminar.

Habraseminar, part one: reports, speakers, experts

As always on Habré, all reports and questions - strictly on business. Without further ado, we proceed immediately to the essence of the questions. Here are our speakers and reports:

image Lyubov Soboleva - “HR marketing through the prism of Habr. Where to get experts and how to talk about the company with their help. ” Love is responsible for content marketing on Habré. She will share the best practices and secrets of interaction with experts.

image Kirill Anastasin - “Superproductive Talent. How to understand, hire, sell and forgive. ” Kirill is a comic book author and presentation specialist. He will talk about how to work with talented people: how to attract them and how to motivate them.

image Kira Kuzmenko - “Let's make a star for us! “Why doesn't it work?” Kira is the head of her own recruiting agency. She will explain why an employee with a big name is not a magic wand that will solve all the problems of the company, and will tell you what companies need to be prepared for if they really want to hire talent.

image Daria Fokina - “Generation Z: what to talk about, how to manage, what inspire.” Daria represents HSE and the Unilever Millennials board. She, like no one else, understands the motivation and features of communication with the youngest employees. Today they still come to train, and tomorrow they will become the best, so it's time to look at them.

image Ivan Zvyagin - “How to write news that will work for the HR brand.” Ivan is the chief editor of Habr, he will simply and intelligibly explain how to position the company in the media using high-quality content.

Part two: creative session, rewarding and goodies

After a coffee and bun break, a creative session awaits us. Our producers and editors of the Habra content studio will hold a session of creating ideas for promoting an HR brand.

And after the creative session, all the guests of the seminar will have a solemn surprise - rewarding the winner of the contest of the best articles on TechnoText technologies. This competition has been held by the Habra content studio for the second year, this year our friends and sponsors have been nominating together with the Habr: Ontiko, Yandex.Praktikum, Yandex. Zen, Sberbank, Avito and RUVDS.

During the whole event, the author’s zone “Warm, Tube Habr” works for the nominees of the competition and everyone who wants to get to know them. This is a cozy space of comfortable armchairs, soft light and pillows, where everyone can relax and immerse themselves in a creative atmosphere. The most suitable place to search and find the best techno-authors in RuNet.

Another surprise is a master class from the “Cut yes glue” collage community. Together with professionals, the workshop participants will learn how to create the so-called KDPV - attention- grabbing illustrations for useful content.
