If protein food is not present in the human diet in sufficient quantities, then hormonal imbalances and an imbalance of enzymes occur. For an adult, this is fraught with impaired brain activity, food dystrophy, deterioration of the liver and blood-forming organs. Particularly negatively affected by the lack of protein in the unformed weak body of the child. Children who do not get enough protein food are stunted, may not keep up with their peers in mental and physical development. In severe prolonged protein deficiency, a child may die from dystrophy.









However, with all the usefulness of protein foods, it is not recommended to abuse it.
