Have you tried to register your site as a network publication in Roskomnadzor?

image Registering a domain or buying a hosting on the Internet takes a matter of minutes - fill in several fields, enter the card details and that's it!

Have you tried to file an appeal with Roskomnadzor or register your site as a network media? (having registered, you can attract free traffic from news aggregators).

Here is my story, hanging in the bureaucracy and stupidity of local officials.

Of course, none of us likes bureaucratic troubles. I sure do. Therefore, I decided that it was better to send the required documents for registration of my small site, as a network publication, by mail. Moreover, I spend a lot of time traveling, and less and less often visit Moscow.

The first thing I did was send an electronic appeal to Roskomnadzor asking me to instruct (where to send documents, is it possible to do this by mail and examples of filling out documents).

To the question of April 18, 2019, I received the answer exactly May 16. I thought that the department was very heavily overloaded. I was given a list of documents and an address for sending them.

After collecting documents (including domain name registration certificates), filling out the registration form for online media using examples from their own site, I joyfully sent the package on May 22, 2019 to Moscow, Kitaygorodsky passage 7, building 2:

I received the answer on July 15, 2019:

Where is Mrs. Potapova A.V. pointed out that in the column the distribution territory for a network publication should indicate the Russian Federation and other countries , and something about advertising (which I myself did not understand well).

For everything about everything, Mrs. A. Potapova reading the form on a half page took a month, although she didn’t even open the documents themselves, which she reported.

Having made corrections to the form and thanking Mr. Vinogradov (on whose behalf the ILV response was drawn up), I sent the documents again on July 22, 2019.

On August 27th I received a response:

Mrs. Shishkina A.S. reported that she could not find the site’s domain (although the help with reg.ru was attached, and Ms. Shishkina A.S. most likely had poor eyesight), since he was not indicated on the registration form (which Ms. Potapova did not know about A.V.), as well as Mrs. Shishkina A.S. felt that I am the owner of other media, which I did not mention and did not fill out the corresponding column.

So, I'm getting ready to send it a third time and wondering what the next Shishkin-Potapov will find this time? And what, in principle, is the use of a bureaucratic service that does not bother itself with work. Ban sites? Maybe you should not spend taxpayer money on them (in the personal opinion of the author) ?! After all, the comedy that they made with the same Telegram shows the top of “professionalism”.

PS Let's see if they can cope with at least my complaint about violation of the law on personal data.
