What is the use of sprouted oats?

Germinated oats have been used by humans since ancient times, as the product has a rich composition. Due to this, grains are used both as an independent dish, and as an additional ingredient in various foods (cereals, salads, jelly, etc.).

Oat grain is a germ or sleeping organism, so inside it is a storehouse of useful vitamins, which is necessary for the growth of an independent plant. Thus, all energy is concentrated in it, which, when germinated, passes into the germ.

Of course, sprouted oats alone will not heal from serious diseases and will not stop the natural aging process of a person, but with regular use it improves the work of internal organs, general condition, mood and other functions. Daily or periodic inclusion of grains and oat sprouts allows you to use the natural forces of the product, since the sprout is the most active phase of the grain life cycle. This is due to the fact that the contained vitamins and minerals are completely stored in grains, unlike processed products (bread, flour). Vitamins of groups B, C and E, magnesium, zinc, fiber, sugar are those elements that are vital for the functioning of the human body.

It is very important that the protein that is contained in crops, during germination begins to break down, forming amino acids. When it enters the human body, part of the amino acids is absorbed by the body, the other part is converted into nucleotides, and the third part is decomposed into bases. Typically, these bases are the building material that is needed to replace and repair damaged genes.

It should be noted that sprouted oats cannot replace the consumption of other vegetables and fruits, especially during the spring vitamin deficiency. Adding sprouts of germinated oat grains allows you to cleanse the body of harmful toxins, increases the level of hemoglobin in case of anemia, improves visual acuity, normalizes the work of the cardiovascular system. It should also be noted that germinated oats have a positive effect on the body with cancer, as it has a general strengthening effect. And not only this is known for sprouted oats. The benefit is that the body's immune defense is enhanced, and the ability of brain activity is improved.

Due to the fact that the product improves intestinal motility, it can be used to reduce weight. In addition, oats contribute to the natural cleansing of the liver and gall bladder.

Sprouted oat grains are also included in many cosmetics (creams, masks, balms), as they positively affect the condition of hair, nails, skin, etc.

Of course, only properly sprouted grain can benefit. For this, it is necessary to take selected grains that have not been chemically treated with toxic substances. The prepared glass of grains needs to be filled in with 2 glasses of cool water and left in this form for 2-3 days at room temperature. Next, lay the grains on a dark-colored fabric and wait for the sprouts to appear (usually a couple of days). Also, after the formation of sprouts, it is recommended to use them for two days, since after this harmful microorganisms may appear.

But in no case should you grind the sprouted grains in a meat grinder, coffee grinder or juicer, since an oxidizing process occurs when it comes into contact with metal elements of kitchen equipment. It is recommended to use them without mechanical impact in order to get the maximum benefit from the consumed product. The average portion per day is 10-15 sprouts, which is quite enough for a normal body.
