The diet for diarrhea in adults is somewhat different from a similar diet for children. Adults can well control themselves, not paying attention to the deterioration of health. In children, this does not work out. Nutrition for diarrhea is not diverse and this quickly bothers them, so parents need to control their food intake. First of all, you need to save the child from the danger of dehydration, which can lead to diarrhea. In addition to a decoction of rice, a baby can prepare a weak decoction of raisins, blueberries and currants. You can cook jelly, but give it without fruit; tea with a little sugar and always boiled water.





Between drinks, give your child a glucose-saline solution, which is sold in pharmacies. Speaking about the food of the child during diarrhea, I would like to note that this depends on how old he is. In infancy for a baby, the best option would be mom's milk, which has everything you need to fight diarrhea. Older children can cook almost all the dishes, but cooked in steamed and mashed form.

In 200 ml of cold water (boiled) we dilute 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch and drink.





Wheat flour)





Fry a couple of tbsp. tablespoons of flour in a clean frying pan until it becomes a brownish tint. Pour boiling water (200 ml) and stir. The mixture should be eaten in half a glass at a time. This gruel can be given to children, slightly sweetened.





Black pepper)





Ten peas are enough for an adult, a child (more than 10 years) - five pieces. They must be swallowed without chewing, washed down with water (boiled). This method is very effective.
