What foods restrict acne diet?

- fatty foods cooked in large quantities of vegetable oil, pork, beef, fatty fish.
- spicy seasonings, pickles, various marinades, chili peppers.
- pastries and sweets (cakes, pastries, chocolate, cookies).
- fast food (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries) and canned food.
- highly carbonated drinks, coffee, black tea (strong), energy drinks and alcohol.
With abuse of the above products, increased androgen activity may occur and, accordingly, sebum secretion will increase. Another problem may be irritation of the gastric mucosa, and invariably following it, acne.
What is an acne diet?

Studies aimed at confirming that the acne diet does exist have proved that following a special diet for three months allows you to get rid of half of acne. The recommended diet was followed by the first group of adolescents, while participants in the experiment from the second group were allowed to ignore what they were eating. As a result, they observed either a deterioration of the skin condition or the absence of any changes.
The result of the study was the conclusion that an effective acne diet implies the exclusion of high-carb foods from the diet.
