Since the 2010s, Legal Tech has become increasingly associated with IT startups that violate established legal implementation principles by providing people with access to online software that reduces or, in some cases, eliminates the need to consult with a lawyer or attorney, or more effectively connects people with lawyers and lawyers through various online services via the Internet.

The application of law in emerging social relations is today one of the most inaccessible for many people method of influence, upholding and guaranteeing their interests through various legal institutions and persons representing their interests. The inaccessibility of this law enforcement activity comes down to such reasons as the lack of proper legal literacy, the lack of time and money to exercise their right, and, ultimately, the low prevalence of modern IT solutions to fulfill their interests.
In the West, the development of IT solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology and specialized software that allows you to design the necessary legal documents for the needs of individuals and legal entities is becoming increasingly popular. In Russia, IT solutions are quite widely represented for the construction of legal documents without the use of AI technology, which in turn significantly reduces the potential opportunities that are hidden behind this symbiosis of technologies.
Take, for example, a Western IT solution in the form of a chat bot, where the user, answering questions and providing the web / mobile application with the necessary data, receives an automatically generated set of documents and visual steps for further initiating his legal right in the form of filing a claim through the necessary state entity authorities.
In the process of developing one or another serious IT product, development teams often encounter a situation when it is necessary to draw up scenarios of user interaction - this may be the user interface, triggers, notifications, synchronization with various devices, support, etc. It turns out that already in advance the development team fully describes all the boundaries and possible steps of the user, and takes this into account when developing the future IT product, the ultimate goal of which is a positive user experience.
But what does the law give us? All the same clearly defined boundaries and in most cases a standard set of necessary and possible actions of the plaintiff within the law. We add to all this the available statistics on the successful solution of various legal issues. Perhaps the law is not so vast and does not limit us in drawing up the very scenarios of interaction with a citizen?
Pioneer in this direction and a student at Stanford University, Joshua Broder, today gives people the opportunity to freely solve about 1,500 different legal issues in the US and the UK. The creator of an AI-based lawyer chatbot hopes that his IT solution will give people the same opportunities as the wealthy elite of society.
He highlights the big problem with the justice system, which is that it doesn't matter what protection the law provides you if you don't know about it. If you have not studied law at the university or you do not have friends working in the legal field, rarely can someone sit down and tell you what rights you have in specific situations. The lawyer chatbot changes the rules on the playing field of the law. This does not create any more legal rights for anyone, but simply informs everyone about the rights that they already have.
The implementation of such an approach to understanding the problems of society has made a truly breakthrough opportunity for more effective intra-social relations and the relations of society with subjects of state power. Constructing the necessary legal document using the document designer is an important task that solves one side of the issue. Today, as mentioned above, many people do not have the appropriate knowledge to defend their interests in full, for example, if a person defends his interests through the subjects of justice and other subjects of state power.
Using the presented technological symbiosis and approach will open up a completely new niche in the Russian legal services market. The driver of the development of a new product for the Russian market will be that anyone who wishes can interactively solve how popular legal issues arise in everyone’s daily life, as well as seemingly specific legal issues. By using a structured and convenient presentation / exchange of information between an IT product and the user of this product, a person’s life can be made much simpler and more efficient. Faced with a variety of legal issues, a person often does not suspect that in many of these issues he can do much more to justify his interests.
The slogan of the lawyer’s western chatbot reads: “Judge anyone with the click of a button.” I would rephrase this slogan for the inhabitants of Russia differently - "Know your right how to interact with the world around you."
