Petition: Automatic reporting and payment of taxes on income of FLP (Ukraine)

To impose the payment of taxes on FLP income in non-cash form, as well as the corresponding reporting to banks. Cancel Revenue Book



To simplify business activities, as well as facilitate reporting, minimize possible errors, achieve better transparency, timeliness and stability of tax payments, etc. I propose exempting the FLP from accounting for business income and paying appropriate taxes in person (or through accounting), and assign these responsibilities to more appropriate agents, namely: to banks serving their accounts, for which I OFFER:



- To instruct banks to automatically write off part of the funds from FLP income received in non-cash form, necessary and sufficient to pay all necessary taxes related to doing business, such as the unified social tax, single tax, etc., and automatically transfer these funds to the corresponding treasury accounts .



- To instruct banks to submit reports on paid FLP taxes to the tax service and other necessary bodies (instead of entrepreneurs).



- To abolish the book of accounting of income of FLP, provided that all income of the entrepreneur comes exclusively in non-cash form.
