Survey: how to create a corporate holiday for IT professionals?

Some time ago I became interested in corporate holidays for IT professionals. By organizing such events, I began to encounter more and more the contradiction between what HR specialists would like to spend and what I think might be interesting for IT specialists.



In the past, an engineer and fan of lean methodology, I decided to abandon useless disputes and discuss assumptions, and ask the main characters of such corporate events - you guys!









And so, what is the ideal corporate eyes of an IT specialist, what do you like and what would you like to permanently remove from the corporate event?
