diet for pregnant women is a necessary condition for maintaining the health of the future mother and baby

The period of pregnancy is a very crucial time for the expectant mother. After all, now she is responsible not only for her own health, but also for the health of the future baby. Therefore, the diet and diet of a pregnant woman should be reviewed in terms of balance and maximum benefit for both the pregnant woman and the fetus. If there are problems with being overweight, then it's time to take decisive steps to combat it. But even if the woman did not have any excess body weight, then during pregnancy she may well appear. This is physiologically determined, since the mother’s body strives to accumulate as many nutrients as possible to provide for the growing fetus, and with excessive consumption of food, “busting” in the form of unnecessary fatty deposits can easily occur.

The diet for pregnant women should in no case be associated with any kind of starvation - this is extremely harmful to the growing body and can even lead to miscarriage. The diet of a pregnant woman is that you just need to learn how to properly and moderately eat healthy foods. Normally, a pregnant woman’s diet should include about 100 to 120 grams of pure protein. Moreover, two-thirds of them are occupied by animal proteins contained in milk, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, eggs, lean meat and fish. The amount of fat should be at least 80 grams and not more than 100 grams. Moreover, 2/3 of them should be, unlike fats, of vegetable origin. That is, it is vegetable, rapeseed, olive oil, with which food and salads should be prepared. And only 1/3 is allocated to fats that contain animal products . The diet for pregnant women pays special attention to the amount of carbohydrates supplied with food. They represent the main danger in terms of gaining unnecessary weight. According to the norms of the necessary diet, they should be at least 300 hundred grams, but not more than 400 hundred grams. This includes sugar obtained by the pregnant woman with fruits and juices. Easily digestible or they are also called "direct" carbohydrates in the form of simple sugar is better not to use at all. Therefore, refined sugar and lump sugar are completely excluded. Of course, it is possible to sweeten tea, but it is better to do this with one or two tablespoons of honey, if there is no tendency to allergic reactions. Diet for pregnant women means the rejection of spicy, spicy, salty, pickled foods and dishes. Firstly, they increase appetite and contribute to overeating, and secondly, getting into the bloodstream, acute substances can irritate the fetus. In addition, the salt contained in food in high quantities helps to retain excess fluid in the body and the formation of edema. Normally, its consumption should be limited to 5, a maximum of 7 grams per day. Fluid intake should also be controlled. Under normal conditions, with good kidney function, its amount should not exceed 3 liters per day. This amount includes all water - in soup, juices, yoghurts, kefir and other drinks and liquid products.

If, in spite of everything, the weight begins to grow excessively, then it makes sense to use a special diet that is allowed during pregnancy. But do not starve in any case! It is necessary to limit those food components that contribute most to mass gain, and these are carbohydrates and animal fats in the first place. At the same time, one cannot leave the body completely without the “building material” necessary for the proper formation of the body of the unborn child, that is, proteins. Therefore, the most optimal option would be a protein diet for pregnant women. There are a huge number of its varieties, based on the use of eggs in any form (except fried) in combination with other products, which include a pregnant woman’s diet.

Summing up all of the above, we can confidently say that a pregnant diet is a prerequisite for the harmonious development of the unborn baby and the future mother's own health.
