So, what can be eaten with the diagnosis of "Hypertension"? The diet prescribes the inclusion in the daily menu of low-fat varieties of meat and fish, preferably in boiled form. In addition, fermented milk products and such loose cereals as buckwheat, oat and millet are recommended. Soups are mainly vegetable and vegetarian, including cereals, dairy, fruit, and the first dishes containing lean meats should be consumed no more than twice a week.
